- You must be mentally and physically healthy, with no history of drug use or smoking.
- You should not have a criminal record.

- Generally, the surrogate’s evaluation also involves a multi-phasic personality disorder test (MPPI).
The Complete Surrogacy Process
Matching
After completing the interview and screening, we’re dedicated to ensuring Gestational Surrogate and Intended Parents are a mutually compatible match who will support each other throughout the entire journey.
Medical Procedures
Being a Gestational Surrogate involves a series of medical steps, including hormone treatments, embryo transfer, and regular check-ups.
Surrogacy Compensation
The amount and terms of your compensation are outlined in the legal contract agreed upon by you and the Intended Parents before any medical process begins.
Review the Legal Contract
Reviewing the legal contract is an important step in your Gestational Surrogacy journey. Although our experienced legal team will give you guidance, you will have the chance to ask questions and have representation by an independent lawyer of your choosing. Surrogacy is more than a medical process. It is a gift of hope, love, and family. We celebrate the courage and compassion you have in your willingness to help another person achieve their dream of parenthood.
Complete the Process
Prior to birth, Ms. Danciu will obtain a prebirth Court Order spelling out everyone’s rights at the birth of the child. As your due date approaches, we will help you get pre-admitted to the hospital. After delivery, we complete all paperwork and finalize the process.
